Police in Belfast have described the killing of a 46-year-old father of four in the city as callous.
Kevin Kearney's body was found in a lake in the north of the city after he was shot dead.
A dissident republican group says it was responsible for the killing.
It's the second murder in the North in less than twenty four hours.
This morning a man was shot dead in Derry city centre.
The murders come on the eve of a major investment conference in Northern Ireland.
