Manchester United's draw against Bournemouth may have been overshadowed by the incidents involving Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Tyrone Mings, but it does overshadow the fact that United have now lost yet another chance to gain ground on the Premier League's top 4.

Brian Kerr joined Philip Egan yesterday to talk about United's top four hopes, and said he believes that Jose Mourinho does have the squad at his disposal to remain competitive in the Premier League, FA Cup and Europa League for the remainder of the season.

But while the Europa League represents a second route into the Champions League for Mourinho, Kerr feels they need to tread carefully, and not put all their efforts into one competition.
